Clean and Green

At Pro-Clean, The Cleaning Specialist, LLC, we want to provide the highest-quality, most environmentally-friendly solution to your home and small business cleaning needs. Our friendly professionals will schedule an in-home consultation with one of our own employees (never a subcontractor) so that you can develop a cleaning plan that meets your particular needs.

We provide all cleaning supplies and equipment for the job to ensure consistent quality and a thorough cleaning. We use only green solutions products that are environmentally safe for your family and pets.

Residential Services

We provide the following services for our residential customers:

All Living Spaces

Dusting light fixtures, furniture, window sills, baseboards, shelves, and blinds
Vacuum and clean all floors, carpets, rugs, and stairways
Vacuum upholstered furniture, including under cushions
Clean glass surfaces
Make beds if linens are left out or straighten linens
Empty all waste receptacles

Kitchen

Clean microwave oven inside and out
Clean and dry all appliances, range hood, and sink
Disinfect countertops
Clean cabinet fronts, tables, and chairs
Clean sliding glass doors

Bathrooms

Clean and disinfect toilet thoroughly
Clean shower, tub, and sink, including any built-up dirt or mold
Wipe cabinet fronts
Clean and shine all chrome, mirrors, and tile
Clean shelves, bathroom, fixtures, and vanity items

Additional Services

Window Washing
Clean stainless steel appliances and tile
Clean hardwood and laminate floors

Residential Cleaning Programs

Pro-Clean, The Cleaning Specialist, LLC offers a variety of residential cleaning schedules, depending on your needs. Among these are:

Weekly or Bi-Weekly Regular Maid Service
As the customer, you have your choice of deep cleaning (including baseboards, walls, floors, bathrooms, living areas, window sills, kitchen area, and outside and inside appliances) or general cleaning of living area, bathrooms, kitchen (no inside of appliances), and bedrooms.
Monthly Cleaning
As in our weekly and bi-weekly programs, we offer deep cleaning and general cleaning services.
Move In/Move Out Cleaning
Removal of previous tenant's items, deep clean or all move in or out.
Deep/Spring Cleaning
Includes floors, baseboards, walls, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and any stairways, entryways, closets, and appliances.

Small Business Services

Pro-Clean, The Cleaning Specialist, LLC offers cleaning services for small commercial offices and retail businesses. Services include:

Dusting all areas, bathrooms, and entryways
Cleaning windowsills
Remove trash and small debris

Remodel/New Construction Services

We offer clean-up and removal of all materials left behind for remodeling and new construction jobs, including cleaning walls, floors, and living spaces.
