Carpet Cleaning - Step 1

Steam Cleaning

Pro-Clean, The Cleaning Specialist, LLC uses the Butler truck mount, recommended by major carpet mills, for steam cleaning your carpet. This method ensures a deep, effective cleaning and shorter drying period.

The first step in the cleaning process is the pre-treatment. After that the carpet is steam cleaned using a line feed of neutralizing rinse to bring the PH level back to zero. We do not use scrubbers, which can damage the fibers in your carpet.

Our technician will groom your carpet twice, once prior to the steaming and once out the door.

Carpet Cleaning - Step 2

Deep Cleaning

Heavily-soiled carpets need deep cleaning for effective results.

At Pro-Clean, The Cleaning Specialist, LLC, we start by using a strong pre-treatment with a high PH level to prepare the carpet for deep cleaning.

For cleaning, we use a brush-free scrubber extractor called a Rotovac that does not damage the carpet fibers.

Carpet Cleaning - Step 3

Dry Cleaning

Dry cleaning wool and better-quality berber carpets is recommended by carpet mills and manufacturers both to avoid damage to the carpet and to preserve any manufacturer's warranties.

Our technician will use a low pressure steam grooming of the carpet with a very low PH pre-treatment. The carpet is then quick-dried (15 to 30 minutes) with cold air induction air movers.
